Finish Carpentry Subcontracting
We take finish scopes on GC-led jobs — trim, casing, built-ins, cabinetry installation, door and hardware sets, custom millwork. We do the work ourselves rather than passing it down the chain, so you get one point of contact and one crew accountable for the finish package from rough-in to punch.

Specialty Repairs
When cabinetry, finish carpentry, stone, or metal work is damaged, mis-installed, or in dispute on a job, we offer a documented, owner-approved repair path as an alternative to full replacement — a cost-saving option when the underlying structure is sound and the fix is targeted.
Every path is scoped and approved by the owner in writing before work begins; what’s salvageable and what isn’t gets worked out in the scoping conversation, not assumed up front, and repairs are quoted on their own terms. This isn’t a judgment on anyone else’s work — it’s a faster, lower-cost route back to a finished result.
Owner Advocacy / Consulting
For owners who want a second set of eyes without hiring a new GC: reviewing scopes, evaluating bids, walking a site to assess progress or workmanship, and advising on next steps. Advisory only — we’re not stepping in as prime contractor, and our read serves the owner’s interest, independent of who’s currently building the job.
